How we work
From brief to launch in days — here’s exactly how
A fixed scope, a date for every step and progress you can click through. We work async-first from Kyiv, with live hours that cover New York mornings and the whole London working day.
- Prototype before payment
- Daily async updates
- One point of contact
- Code in your GitHub
Day by day
A 10-page business website, start to finish
Landing pages are faster, stores and corporate sites take longer — the steps are the same. Days are business days from the moment we have your materials.
Day 0
Brief
Five questions online or a 20-minute call. We confirm the scope, the deadline and what we need from you.
Day 1
Free prototype
Your homepage prototype within 24 hours. If you like it, you get a fixed quote and the contract the same day.
Days 1–2
Contract and deposit
A Statement of Work with scope, price, deadline and the late-delivery clause. 50% deposit (30% on larger projects). Your GitHub repository is created.
Days 2–5
Design and build on staging
Inner pages, copy, CMS and forms on a private staging link. A short written or video update every working day.
Days 5–6
Review and revisions
Unlimited design revisions within the agreed scope. Speed and accessibility checks against the targets in your contract.
Days 6–7
Launch
Domain, analytics, Search Console and a test lead through every form. Remaining payment, then full handover: access, documentation and a CMS walkthrough video.
After launch
Warranty and Care
14 days of free tweaks and a 12-month bug warranty. Optional Care plan for hosting, updates, backups and edits.
Your part
What we need from you
About 2–4 hours of your time over the whole project. A reply within one working day keeps the deadline.
- Your logo and brand colors (or we can design them — see add-ons)
- The services, products and prices you want to show
- Facts for the copy: who you serve, what makes you different, common questions
- Photos of your team, work or premises — or approval to use licensed stock
- Access to your domain registrar, or permission to register a new domain in your name
- One decision-maker who can reply within a working day
The deadline
How the clock works
The deadline in your contract is counted in business days from the day we have everything listed in the brief. From then on it’s on us: for every day we’re late, you get 5% off the project price, up to 30%.
If something on your side arrives late — copy, photos, a decision — the deadline moves by the same number of days, and we confirm the new date in writing the same day. No silent slips in either direction.

How working with us remotely works
We’re a studio in Kyiv, and we say so upfront — your invoices come from a registered Ukrainian sole proprietorship. Here’s the practical side: time zones, communication, paperwork, payments and what happens if something goes wrong.
Live hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–9pm Kyiv time (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer). That covers the morning until 2pm in New York and the whole working day in London and Berlin.
Time zone
We’re in Kyiv (UTC+2/+3). Our live hours overlap with New York from 9am to 2pm and cover almost your whole working day in London and Berlin. Send feedback at the end of your day, and the changes are usually ready by your morning.
Communication
Async-first: email or Slack, a short video walkthrough at every milestone and a staging link you can click through. Calls on Google Meet or Zoom, booked during live hours. One point of contact from brief to launch.
Contracts
An English-language contract with the scope, price, deadline, late-delivery discount, warranty and IP transfer. We sign your NDA — or send a mutual one — before you share any details.
Payments
Invoices in USD (EUR or GBP on request) from a registered sole proprietorship in Ukraine. Bank transfer — ACH, SEPA, UK local or SWIFT — or card via a Payoneer payment link. Payments follow visible milestones, never 100% upfront.
Reliability
Your site is hosted outside Ukraine; your code, domain and logins sit in your accounts; a handover document lets any developer continue the project. Power or internet outages on our side don’t move your deadline.
Contracts
Clear paperwork before any money moves
- A mutual NDA before you share details — or we sign yours
- An English-language contract: scope, price, deadline, late-delivery discount, warranty and IP transfer
- Governed by the laws of Ukraine; a neutral jurisdiction can be discussed for larger projects
- Invoices in USD (EUR or GBP on request) from a registered sole proprietorship (FOP) in Ukraine
- Not VAT-registered: EU and UK business clients account for VAT under reverse charge where applicable
- A completed W-8BEN for US companies on request

Business continuity
Built to keep delivering — whatever happens
We’re a studio based in Ukraine, and we’ve set up our work so that nothing that happens here becomes your problem. These are the commitments that hold on every project.
01
Hosted outside Ukraine
Staging and production run on providers such as Vercel, Cloudflare or Shopify with data centers in the EU and US. Nothing depends on the Ukrainian power grid.
02
Code in your repository
Your GitHub repository is created before the first commit, so the work is never stored only on our machines.
03
Every account in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics, Search Console, payment processor — registered to you. We get collaborator access, which you can revoke at any time.
04
A handover document
Stack, accounts, environment settings and how to deploy — enough for any competent developer to pick the project up within a day.
05
Deadlines don’t bend
Scheduled power cuts are built into our plans. If we’re late for any reason on our side, the 5%-per-day discount applies.
06
Backups on Care plans
Daily off-site backups and uptime monitoring are part of every Care plan after launch.

FAQ
Process questions
How much of my time will this take?
About 2–4 hours in total for a business website: a 20-minute brief, a prototype review, two or three rounds of comments on the staging link and a launch check. A quick reply within a working day keeps the deadline.
How is the deadline counted?
In business days from the day we have everything listed in the brief — texts or the facts to write them, logo, photos and access. If something on your side arrives late, the deadline moves by the same number of days, and we confirm it in writing the same day.
Do you sign an NDA before I share details?
Yes. We sign yours, or send a mutual NDA, before the brief. It takes a few minutes.
Which law governs the contract?
Our standard contract is governed by the laws of Ukraine. For larger projects we’re open to discussing a neutral jurisdiction.
Do you write the copy in fluent English?
Yes — plain, specific US English (or UK English, if you prefer), edited and proofread before you see it. You approve every page, and we’re happy to work with your own copywriter or brand voice guide.
What happens to my website if something happens to you?
It keeps running: it’s hosted outside Ukraine on your account, the code is in your GitHub, and the handover document explains how everything fits together, so any developer can continue.
Do you work with agencies under white label?
Yes. We build under your brand, sign an NDA by default, talk to your client only if you want us to and deliver on the same fixed-price terms.
