Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms cover the use of the English pages of this website and the basics of how we work. Every project is governed by its own signed contract (Statement of Work); if anything there differs from this page, the contract wins.

Who we are

This website is operated by Tvorum, a web studio operated by a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Contact: tvorum172@gmail.com.

We work with businesses

Our services are intended for companies and self-employed professionals acting for business purposes, not for consumers.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are in US dollars and describe the scope listed for each package. They are starting points, not offers: the final price, scope and deadline are fixed in your contract before any payment. Prices don’t include third-party costs paid directly by you, such as domains, hosting, platform plans (e.g., Shopify), paid apps, fonts or stock photos — we list these before you sign.

The free prototype

The homepage prototype is free and creates no obligation for either side. It’s delivered once, as a preview; the design files and rights stay with us unless you order the project. We may decline or reschedule a request if our capacity for the day is full — we’ll tell you before we start.

Deadlines and the late-delivery discount

Deadlines are counted in business days from the day we receive the materials listed in the brief. For every business day we’re late for reasons on our side, the project price is reduced by 5%, up to 30% in total. Delays caused by late materials or feedback move the deadline by the same number of days.

Payments

Invoices are issued in USD (EUR or GBP on request) and paid by bank transfer or through a Payoneer payment link, according to the schedule in your contract. We’re not registered for VAT.

Ownership

You own your content from the start. Code is kept in your repository during the project, and all intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you on final payment. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Warranty

For 12 months after launch we fix, free of charge, defects in the work we delivered. The warranty doesn’t cover changes made by others, third-party services or new features.

Liability

We’re responsible for doing the agreed work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under a project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Sanctions

We comply with US, EU and UK sanctions and don’t work with sanctioned persons or companies, or with businesses in Russia or Belarus.

Website content

Concept projects on this website are demonstrations of our work for fictional brands. Other content is provided for information and may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms and our contracts are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes go to the competent courts of Ukraine, unless your contract says otherwise. We’d always rather solve a problem by talking first — write to us.
