How working with us remotely works
We’re a studio in Kyiv, and we say so upfront — your invoices come from a registered Ukrainian sole proprietorship. Here’s the practical side: time zones, communication, paperwork, payments and what happens if something goes wrong.
Live hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–9pm Kyiv time (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer). That covers the morning until 2pm in New York and the whole working day in London and Berlin.

We’re in Kyiv (UTC+2/+3). Our live hours overlap with New York from 9am to 2pm and cover almost your whole working day in London and Berlin. Send feedback at the end of your day, and the changes are usually ready by your morning.
Communication
Async-first: email or Slack, a short video walkthrough at every milestone and a staging link you can click through. Calls on Google Meet or Zoom, booked during live hours. One point of contact from brief to launch.
Contracts
An English-language contract with the scope, price, deadline, late-delivery discount, warranty and IP transfer. We sign your NDA — or send a mutual one — before you share any details.
Payments
Invoices in USD (EUR or GBP on request) from a registered sole proprietorship in Ukraine. Bank transfer — ACH, SEPA, UK local or SWIFT — or card via a Payoneer payment link. Payments follow visible milestones, never 100% upfront.
Reliability
Your site is hosted outside Ukraine; your code, domain and logins sit in your accounts; a handover document lets any developer continue the project. Power or internet outages on our side don’t move your deadline.

How can you launch a website in days when agencies take months?

What’s in the free prototype — is there a catch?
You answer five questions about your business, and within 24 hours on business days we send your homepage prototype: the hero section in full design plus the structure of the rest of the page. One round, watermarked. No payment details, no obligation. If you like it, you get a fixed quote; if not, no hard feelings.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Price, scope and deadline go into the contract. The price changes only if you ask for something outside the agreed scope — and then you get a written quote before any work starts.
What happens if you miss the deadline?
5% off the project price for every day we’re late, up to 30%. The clock starts when we have your materials, and outages or any other problems on our side don’t stop it.
Who owns the code, the design and the domain?
You do. The code lives in your GitHub from day one, the domain and hosting are registered in your name, and full intellectual property transfers to you on final payment.

Kyiv, Ukraine (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer). Our live hours overlap 9am–2pm in New York and 9am–7pm in London. Send feedback in the evening, and the changes are usually ready by your morning.
Is it safe to work with a studio in Ukraine right now?
Your site never runs on servers in Ukraine — it’s hosted with providers like Vercel, Cloudflare or Shopify in the EU and US. Your code, domain and every login stay in your accounts, and the late-delivery discount applies whatever the reason. How we work remotely.
How do I pay?
Invoices in USD (EUR or GBP on request). Pay by bank transfer — ACH, SEPA, UK local transfer or SWIFT — or by card through a Payoneer payment link. On smaller projects: 50% after you approve the prototype and sign, 50% before launch.
