The task
What the site had to do
Patients choosing a premium dental clinic don’t shop on price — they shop on trust. They compare three to five clinics, worry about pain and surprise charges, and want to know which doctor they’ll actually see. A typical clinic website answers with stock photos, a price list without context and a “leave your phone number” form.
The site had to serve three business goals:
- bookings without a phone call — the patient picks the service, doctor, day and an open slot; the front desk only confirms;
- pre-selling high-ticket treatments — implants and veneers are expensive, so patients should see how the price is built before the consultation;
- easing fears — pain, opaque pricing, “they’ll want to redo everything at once”. Every section answers one of these objections.
