The task
What the site had to do
Owners of premium cars don’t choose a shop by the hourly labor rate — they choose by trust: will the bill be padded, will the bolts be torqued to spec, will I spend hours on the phone. A typical repair-shop website answers with “a professional team” and a “Call me back” button.
The concept had to show that a website can remove those fears before the first call:
- transparent pricing — a service cost range before the visit, including labor and parts;
- booking without a call — a specific date, time and bay, not “we’ll call you”;
- repair visibility — customers see the stage, photos and pickup time without bothering the mechanic;
- proof of quality — before/after measurements, a diagnostics guarantee, supported brands and dealer-level software.
The goal: turn a visitor from an ad or a search like “BMW service Dnipro” into a booking for a specific bay, and an existing customer into a regular.
