The task
What the site had to do
A fitness club doesn’t sell equipment — it sells a habit. Someone looking for a gym compares three or four clubs near home and filters them with a few simple questions: is the schedule convenient, what does a membership cost without fine print, who are the trainers, and will I feel out of place on day one. In a big frontline city there’s one more: does the club stay open when the power goes out.
The site had four goals:
- free trial requests — the club’s main conversion: after a first visit, people buy a membership far more often than after a cold call;
- the schedule as a tool, not a PDF image — so in 10 seconds someone finds “spin class Tuesday evening” and books right away;
- transparent pricing — a membership comparison and yearly savings without calling a manager;
- easing fears — beginners, night workouts, air-raid alerts, blackouts. Each block answers one objection.
